Job summary

REGUL SOLUTIONS in Dubai seeks a proactive Business Development Manager (Robotics) to drive growth across the UAE and GCC. You will bridge robotics engineering and enterprise client needs in logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality.

The role demands 5–8 years in B2B robotics/automation sales, a technical degree (robotics/mechatronics/mechanical/electrical) and the ability to close mid-to-large automation deals with system integrators and government entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• MBA is a plus and would help with client negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Dubai and the wider UAE, GCC across logistics, manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality.
• Bridge the gap between engineering and B2B client needs, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Close mid-to-large automation deals with enterprise clients and government entities.
