Beat Educations in the UAE and GCC seeks a data-obsessed Performance Marketer to scale B2B paid media and lead generation across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Own multi-channel campaigns targeting senior decision-makers and optimize CAC, ROAS, and CPL.

You will collaborate with design, content, and sales to deliver high-converting creatives and landing pages, and set up accurate tracking (GA4, pixels) to drive measurable ROI in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a focus on B2B lead generation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and TikTok ad platforms.
• Strong ability to own ad spend budgets and hit CAC/ROAS targets.
• Experience running campaigns targeting UAE/GCC markets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, execute, and scale multi-channel B2B paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Generate and nurture leads by targeting CEOs, HR leaders, L&D managers, and Sales Directors in the UAE.
• Analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
• Set budgets, run A/B tests, and optimize landing pages and forms.
• Implement tracking (UTM, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4) for cross-channel attribution.
