Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and growth in its B2B services. You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and SEO, while optimizing content and measurement to maximize ROI.

The role requires 3+ years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and the ability to coordinate with external vendors. In-person work location in Dubai will be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in professional services or B2B.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads through digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified B2B leads for the company's services.
• Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing and other digital platforms.
• Improve the company's online presence through SEO, website optimization, content marketing and social media activities.
• Track campaign performance, analyze marketing data and provide regular reports with recommendations to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers and content creators whenever required.
• Create marketing materials, promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
