Job summary

SmartChoice International GCC is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC. This is a hands-on role for a true performance marketer who builds campaigns within ad accounts, not just managing agencies.

You’ll drive end-to-end campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat and emerging channels, optimizing CAC, ROAS and revenue while testing creative, funnels and WhatsApp journeys.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Experience scaling paid campaigns with large budgets.
• Hands-on practitioner who builds campaigns personally.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with Snapchat Ads and WhatsApp funnels.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end setup, launch and daily optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, WhatsApp and emerging channels.
• Take accountability for CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates and revenue targets.
• Personally build and manage campaigns within native advertising platforms.
• Develop targeting strategies, audience segmentation, bidding structures and campaign frameworks.
• Work closely with creative teams to test ad formats, copy, video content and conversions.
• Build and optimize high-converting acquisition funnels, including WhatsApp journeys.
• Analyze performance data daily, identify bottlenecks and rapidly scale successful campaigns.
• Troubleshoot tracking, attribution and conversion issues.
