RTC1 Recruitment Services in Dubai seeks a Lead Generation Executive – B2B to identify and qualify potential enterprise leads across industries. You will conduct multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls), nurture prospects, and coordinate smooth handoffs to Account Executives, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

A 2–3 year background in lead generation or inside sales, strong research and communication skills, and familiarity with AI-based prospecting tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
• Strong research and communication skills with experience in outbound outreach.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

Responsabilités

• Research, identify, and qualify potential B2B leads in target industries using AI-powered tools.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage decision-makers.
• Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team and hand off to Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM records and report on lead generation performance.
