RTC1 Recruitment Services in Dubai seeks a Lead Generation Executive – B2B to identify and qualify potential enterprise leads across industries. You will conduct multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls), nurture prospects, and coordinate smooth handoffs to Account Executives, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

A 2–3 year background in lead generation or inside sales, strong research and communication skills, and familiarity with AI-based prospecting tools are preferred.

Job Description

• Research, identify, and qualify potential B2B leads in target industries/accounts using AI-powered tools to enrich, prioritize, and personalize outreach.
• Conduct multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage decision-makers, nurture leads, and prepare smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
• Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings for the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with internal outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) records, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion results.

Qualifications

• With 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably within Technology, FinTech, Finance, Healthcare, or Real Estate.
• Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in high-volume outbound outreach, lead generation tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI-based prospecting and automation tools to improve efficiency and support business development activities.
