Job summary

LightIdea Information Technology seeks a Sales Executive – IT Software Solutions to drive new business in the UAE. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting software and IT solutions, and closing deals with business owners and senior IT leaders.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, coordinate with delivery teams, and strive to meet revenue targets in a dynamic UAE market environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in B2B IT sales, software sales or technology solution sales.
Good understanding of software and IT solutions.
Experience in the UAE market will be an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently generate leads and develop new business.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Candidates should be available to work on-site in the UAE.
Experience selling ERP, enterprise software, SaaS, cloud solutions or related IT solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities in the UAE market.
Prospect new customers through calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
Build relationships with business owners and IT decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software and IT solutions.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals and quotations and follow opportunities through negotiation and closure.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and customers.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams during the sales process.
Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
