Job summary

K4 Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Business Development Manager – Housekeeping to drive new business and expand the client base across the UAE. The role requires strong B2B sales experience in cleaning, housekeeping, FM, maintenance, or soft services.

You will generate new business, manage client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while expanding relationships across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare,

Qualifications

5+ years of UAE B2B sales/business development experience.
Experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, FM, maintenance, or soft services is essential.
Strong UAE client network and proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market research.
Identify opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and other sectors.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for K4 Group services.
