Job summary

Easy Shine Technical and Cleaning Services LLC seeks a Business Development Officer to drive new business in the hospitality and facilities management sector in Dubai. You will build a robust sales pipeline, visit hotels and corporate clients, and push for contract wins.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years UAE experience, strong B2B sales skills, and the ability to negotiate and present compelling proposals. Immediate joining is preferred, with basic pay plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, facilities management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in hospitality or facilities management.
• Proven track record in winning FM/hospitality contracts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong B2B sales, cold calling, networking, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of UAE hospitality/FM market and existing industry contacts is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Professional English communication (spoken & written) is mandatory.
• Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Must be currently available in the UAE and preferably able to join immediately.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calls, client visits, networking, referrals, events, and market research.
• Visit hotels and corporate clients to promote manpower supply and facilities management services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders and support commercial negotiations and contract awards.
• Develop strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads and proposals.
• Handle social media marketing, company promotions, and online lead generation.
• Monitor and respond professionally to Google Reviews and support the company’s online reputation.
