Job summary

Reliant HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive facilities management sales in Abu Dhabi, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition and contract closures. The role requires 3–5 years of UAE B2B sales within FM, MEP, maintenance or cleaning services, and strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills to meet monthly and yearly targets.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and UAE driving license, with a proven track record of developing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years UAE sales experience, preferably in Facilities Management, MEP, maintenance or cleaning services.
Strong B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UAE FM market.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property managers, developers, consultants and contractors.
Promote FM services including MEP, HVAC, cleaning, maintenance and soft services.
Conduct client meetings, cold calls and regular site visits to advance the sales cycle.
Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
