Job summary

CALIFORCA TRADING LLC is actively seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive new B2B opportunities, nurture client relationships and achieve sales targets through field visits and direct engagement with hotels, government organizations, facility managers, restaurants and other large corporate customers in Dubai.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years UAE B2B/outdoor sales experience, a proven ability to present, negotiate and close deals, and a valid UAE driving licence.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years UAE B2B/outdoor sales experience.
• Experience selling cleaning and hygiene products preferred (tissue/paper, chemicals, dispensers, washroom hygiene, janitorial supplies).
• Experience selling to hotels, government bodies, FM companies, restaurants or large corporate customers is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Keen to learn new products/technologies and conduct live demos.
• Self-motivated, professional and target-driven.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence mandatory.
• Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers through field visits and prospecting.
• Build relationships with Procurement, Housekeeping, Facility Managers and other decision-makers.
• Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate and close sales.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and recurring business.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain follow-up records.
