Job summary

AHR Group is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify and cultivate new customers across the UAE. You will visit construction, facility management, and contractor clients, promoting AHR products and generating inquiries. Prepare quotations and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to help achieve monthly targets.

The role requires self-motivation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel throughout the UAE to close deals and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory.
• UAE sales experience preferred.
• Experience in waste management, construction, facility management or industrial products is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel for customer visits across the UAE.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales to validate expertise and strategic selling capabilities.
• Experience in the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) to leverage industry knowledge for better client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across the UAE.

• Promote AHR products and generate sales enquiries.
