Job summary

Smart AGM is seeking a driven B2B Marketing & Sales professional to promote and sell Odoo ERP solutions to corporate clients in the UAE. You will attract new business, build long-term relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from demos to closing.

The role requires strong negotiation and presentation skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams to deliver successful implementations. A UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Full proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of corporate operations (Accounting, HR, Sales, Operations).
• Goal-oriented in a target-driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license; existing UAE business contacts preferred.

Responsibilities

• B2B Marketing & Sales: Market and sell Odoo ERP solutions to corporate clients.
• Client Acquisition: Attract new clients and build long-term strategic relationships.
• Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, demos, and negotiation, to closing.
• Professional Presentations: Deliver professional system demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure high-efficiency project implementation.
• Target Achievement: Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare periodic performance reports and analyze market opportunities.
