Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a results-driven B2B sales professional to market and sell Odoo ERP solutions to corporate clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and product demos to negotiation and closing, building long-term relationships across Accounting, HR, Sales and Operations.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, along with a valid UAE driving license and a network of UAE contacts.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years selling ERP systems (Odoo or similar).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of corporate operations (Accounting, HR, Sales, Operations).
• Goal-driven with ability to work in a target-based environment.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Prefer: established UAE business network.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell ERP solutions to corporate clients.
• Acquire new clients and build long-term strategic relationships.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to closing.
• Deliver professional system demonstrations.
• Coordinate with technical team for project implementation.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare performance reports and analyze market opportunities.
