Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a results-driven B2B sales professional to market and sell Odoo ERP solutions to corporate clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and product demos to negotiation and closing, building long-term relationships across Accounting, HR, Sales and Operations.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, along with a valid UAE driving license and a network of UAE contacts.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years selling ERP systems (Odoo or similar).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of corporate operations (Accounting, HR, Sales, Operations).
• Goal-driven with ability to work in a target-based environment.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Prefer: established UAE business network.

• Client Acquisition: Attract new clients and build long-term strategic relationships.

• Professional Presentations: Deliver professional system demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure high-efficiency project implementation.

• Performance Reporting: Prepare periodic performance reports and analyze market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Languages: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
• Business Understanding: Good comprehension of corporate operations (Accounting, HR, Sales, Operations).
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• License: A valid driver's license.
