Job summary

Resemble Systems ريزيمبل سيستمز is seeking a passionate ERP Software Sales Consultant to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of ERP sales experience, preferably with Odoo ERP, and will be responsible for generating business opportunities and closing deals.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a customer-focused attitude. We offer an attractive salary, performance incentives, and an opportunity to work with growing businesses across the GCC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in ERP software sales.
• Odoo ERP sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Finance, CRM, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing processes.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Resemble Systems is looking for a passionate and target-driven ERP Software Sales Consultant to join our Dubai operations. We help businesses across the UAE and Saudi Arabia transform their operations through Odoo ERP, Business Process Automation, IBM Enterprise Solutions, and Digital Transformation services. We are looking for a sales professional who understands ERP selling, can generate quality leads, conduct meetings with decision makers, and close software and consulting deals professionally. Candidates with prior Odoo ERP sales experience and UAE market exposure will be highly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate new ERP and digital transformation business opportunities in the UAE
• Meet business owners, finance managers, and IT decision makers
• Conduct ERP product presentations and discovery meetings
• Understand customer operational challenges and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
• Follow up consistently and maintain strong sales pipeline discipline
• Coordinate with implementation and technical teams
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM updates and sales reports professionally

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in ERP software sales
• Odoo ERP sales experience is strongly preferred
• Understanding of Finance, CRM, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing processes
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• UAE market experience preferred
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Arabic speaking is an added advantage
