Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Customer Support professional to provide multi-channel support and ensure exceptional customer experience. You will verify orders, manage customer data in ERP/CRM, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to deliver timely service.

You will handle inquiries in Arabic and English, document interactions, and follow up on satisfaction to foster long-term relationships. The role combines frontline support with data accuracy and process compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Care.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other approved channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, orders and policies.
• Verify B2B sales orders with customers before processing.
• Register and update customer information in the ERP/CRM system.
• Create and monitor support tickets; update customers on status.
• Handle customer complaints per company procedures; escalate when needed.
• Follow order status and coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Logistics.
• Provide accurate product information, including aroma diffusers and related accessories.
• Assist walk-in customers and coordinate with Sales/Operations as needed.
• Follow up with customers after completion or delivery; measure satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and ensure compliance with policies.
