Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to guide customers through their journey, responding to inquiries across email, chat, phone, and other channels. You will identify needs, provide solutions, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and teamwork, with a focus on timely, professional support and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with interpersonal abilities.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or customer service platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
