Job summary

Driven Properties L.L.C seeks a results-driven Business Development professional to expand its B2B AML and compliance services client base in the UAE. You will identify opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and present tailored solutions to corporate clients.

You will drive outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and networking, building relationships with decision-makers. You will manage quotations, onboarding, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly targets while monitoring market

Qualifications

Experience generating B2B leads for AML/compliance or related services.
Strong ability to build and manage a multi-stage sales pipeline.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven track record of closing deals with corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B opportunities for AML and compliance services.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, meetings, and other channels.
Develop relationships with companies, business owners, senior management and decision-makers.
Present AML/compliance service solutions tailored to client requirements and prepare quotations.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through onboarding and closing.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and activities.
Aim to achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Monitor market opportunities and identify sectors and companies needing AML services.
