Job summary

Paramountassure in the UAE seeks an experienced Business Development Manager (Compliance & Risk Assessment) to drive growth in our UAE market. You will lead B2B sales, win new clients, and build relationships with senior decision-makers across industries.

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure, collaborating with compliance and risk teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Proven UAE market experience with established UAE-based clients.
• Experience selling Compliance, Risk Assessment, GRC, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new opportunities in the UAE market.
• Identify and target potential clients requiring Compliance, Risk Assessment, GRC, and cybersecurity-related services.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Understand client requirements and work with technical and consulting teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging compliance and risk requirements in the UAE.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
