Job summary

Driven Properties is seeking a results-driven business development professional to expand our B2B AML and compliance services for corporate clients in the UAE. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and engage with senior decision-makers to tailor AML solutions.

You will manage outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, craft quotations, and guide clients from first contact through onboarding while maintaining precise activity records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers preferred.
• Knowledge of AML/compliance services an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B opportunities for AML and compliance services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, meetings, and other business development channels.
• Develop relationships with companies, business owners, senior management, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and present AML/compliance service solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Manage the sales process from first contact to onboarding and closing.
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Monitor market opportunities and potential sectors needing AML services.
