Job summary

Driven Properties L.L.C is seeking an AML Administrator to join our compliance team in Dubai. You will implement and monitor AML policies, conduct CDD/EDD, and monitor transactions for suspicious activity in a fast-paced real estate environment.

You will provide training to staff, maintain AML records, and stay informed on regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and risk mitigation for the company and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years AML/compliance experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor AML policies per UAE regulations.
• Conduct CDD and EDD on clients ensuring documentation is complete.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report findings.
• Provide AML training and guidance to staff.
• Maintain AML records and databases.
