Job summary

Logicom Distribution in Dubai is seeking a Microsoft CSP Azure Product Lead to drive Azure growth and profitability across the Gulf region. You will own the Azure product strategy within the indirect CSP channel and work with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams to accelerate Azure adoption.

The role requires deep Azure experience, channel management, and strong stakeholder skills to lead go-to-market, campaigns, and modernization initiatives with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS or a related field.
• Experience in Azure and cloud business development.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, CSP licensing, and cloud models.
• Knowledge of Microsoft partner programs and incentives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct reporting authority.
• Experience with Azure Migrate & Modernize programs and enterprise cloud transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AI, data and analytics, cloud infrastructure, and security workloads.
• Experience working with distributors, system integrators, or indirect channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional Azure growth strategy aligned with CSP objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and initiatives to accelerate Azure adoption across partners.
• Promote Azure services, AI, data platforms, security, and modernization.
• Drive Azure consumption growth and recurring cloud revenue in the Gulf region.
• Support partners in identifying new Azure workloads and opportunities.
• Better partner engagement through training, workshops, and joint campaigns.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Presales, Marketing, and Operations to accelerate deals.
• Coordinate with Marketplace and programs to maximize Azure ordering and partner experience.
