Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Azure Infrastructure Senior Manager to lead the planning, deployment, and operation of all Azure-based systems, aligning with IT strategy and security standards. You will steer a skilled engineering team, drive DevOps initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on cloud performance and cost optimization to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Azure Administrator and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications.
ITIL certification.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Azure Administration.
Proven experience with Azure infrastructure, ARM, Azure AD, virtual networks, and cloud security.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and automation tools.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Azure engineers, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Oversee and optimize the Azure environment, including workloads, DevOps, DevSecOps, SaaS, and Databricks.
Plan and deliver Azure infrastructure projects within budget and timelines.
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based services.
Architect and operate PaaS and related Azure infrastructure.
Monitor security alerts, incidents, vulnerabilities, and risks across Azure environments.
Manage configuration and administration of Azure services (Web Apps, App Gateway, APIM).
Implement automation using Azure DevOps and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Monitor system health with dashboards, logs, and metrics.
Conduct regular security assessments and remediation.
Prepare reports for senior leadership on performance, incidents, and trends.
Collaborate across teams to integrate security and technology improvements.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory standards.
