Job summary

Napster Corp seeks a senior Alliance & Partner Manager – MENA based in Dubai to lead and scale our Microsoft ecosystem strategy across the region. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Alliances, and collaborate with the partner and channel teams, communications and marketing, product and engineering.

This builder and operator role focuses on deepening Microsoft relationships, accelerating co-sell execution, and developing and supporting channel partners with a strong Azure focus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, enterprise technology, channel, or business development.
• Deep experience with Microsoft and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong relationships within Microsoft across UAE and broader MENA region.
• Experience working with VARs, MSPs, and ISVs.
• Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft partner programs, enterprise sales and channel dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the Microsoft and Microsoft ecosystem strategy across MENA.
• Strengthen senior relationships across Microsoft and its regional ecosystem.
• Accelerate Microsoft co-sell motions and joint go-to-market execution.
• Build partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with Microsoft and channel partners.
• Develop and support channel partners with the Channel team and coordinate with Channel Managers.
• Build productive relationships across VARs, MSPs, ISVs and other ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, and leadership.
• Represent the company at Microsoft events and industry conferences across the region.
• Establish operating rhythms and KPIs around pipeline, partner activity and commercial outcomes.
