Job summary

Logicom UAE is seeking a Sales Manager to own the P&L and drive the company strategy across the UAE and Gulf region. You will oversee regional sales, partnerships, and channel programs to deliver targets and growth.

The role requires over 10 years in ICT, strong leadership, and fluency in English. You will manage multi-country teams, ensure governance compliance, and align with vendors and distributors to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years’ experience in the ICT industry, including UAE & Gulf markets.
• Over 5 years’ experience in managerial and sales leadership positions.
• Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or other post-secondary degrees will be a plus.
• Ability to own, understand and manage complete P&L statement.
• Experience in managing multi-cultural teams and large multi-country ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Assuming complete ownership of the Company’s P&L budgets for the Clients the Countries of scope.
• Overseeing the implementation and achievement of the corporate business objectives and strategies.
• Developing and maintaining direct/successful working relationships with stakeholders for the Vendors under management.
• Building direct relationships and executive engagement with strategic Partners across the region.
