Job summary

XM is seeking a proactive Client Relations professional in Dubai to deliver high-quality service to clients. You will build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, handle inquiries by email and phone, and promote available products and services.

The role requires a business degree, Azeri and English fluency, and strong communication skills. A valid work permit is required to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Client handling experience in financial services is a definite plus.
• Fluent Azeri speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Reliable, with integrity of character.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, innovative and target oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Valid work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Activate new client leads and follow up with potential clients
• Handle client inquiries via email and telephone and ensure that high level service is provided
• Perform personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required
• Promote available products and services to clients
• Stay abreast of the latest developments, products and marketing promotions that Trading Point launches and the relevant terms and conditions; and communicate them to the clients
• Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures
• Provide suggestions on system enhancements
• Act in the best interest of the company at all times, and cooperate with the rest of the Client Relations team in order to perform business development
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results
• Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary
