Job summary

The Emirates Group in Dubai is seeking a Resource Allocator to optimise operational resources across shifts, pre-planning, real-time allocation and post-shift review. You will work with RMS, RTC, MACS and OPERA to deliver efficient rosters and responsive allocations in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to respond quickly to shift dynamics.
• 5 years in airport operations, cargo, ground handling, or similar environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role in ground handling/airline industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-planning by forecasting demands and rostering resources 24-7.
• Perform shift allocation planning considering actual availability of manpower and equipment.
• Execute real-time allocation and communicate plans; adjust for unscheduled changes or delays.
