Qualifications

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in flight operations rostering and scheduling.
• Proven experience in airline operations and track record in crew scheduling and planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the crew scheduling team to ensure crewing information supports operational decisions.
• Implement recovery solutions during disruptions and maintain crew communication.
• Manage roster amendments on the day of operation for changes.
• Ensure cabin crew complement and regulatory compliance for each flight.
• Highlight abnormalities within day-of-operation and ensure correct crew on affected flights.
• Proactively communicate operational changes of duties to crew in a timely manner.
• Assign crew from standby ensuring compliance with GCAA regulations.
• Support flight crew training recovery outside office hours to minimize disruption.
