Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai seeks a Resource Allocator to maximise resource utilization across manpower, equipment and facilities on day of operation. You will manage pre-planning, real-time adjustments and post-shift handovers in a fast-paced, multicultural aviation environment.

The role requires 5+ years in airport operations or logistics, experience with RMS/RTC/MACS/OPERA, and a track record in supervision and shift planning.

Qualifications

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• 5+ years in airport operations, cargo or logistics.
• SkyChain / ASRS experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role in ground handling.
• Experience in resource allocation or overtime planning.
• Familiarity with RMS/RTC/MACS/OPERA systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee allocation activities in pre-planning, shift planning, and real-time allocation.
• Pre-plan tasks 24-7 hours ahead of shifts per timetable.
• Adjust allocations during shifts based on resource availability and load.
• Communicate allocation plans to shift in-charge and operational staff.
• Ensure allocations are robust during outages and outages scenarios.
• Collaborate with resource planning and IT to ensure system effectiveness.
