Job summary

Etihad Rail Operating Companies is seeking a Resources Planning professional in the UAE to develop and review resources plans in line with production requirements. You will coordinate with service planners, infrastructure maintenance planners, and fleet maintenance planners, ensuring compliance with fatigue management principles.

The role involves updating plans for deviations, maintaining clear communication with production managers, and supporting CMS-based resource allocation and performance

Qualifications

• School certificate or equivalent.
• Familiar with SAP.
• Personal Track Safety.

Responsibilities

• Create and review resources plans in line with production plans’ requirements and legal requirements.
• Update the resources plans to accommodate any deviation in plans.
• Maintain effective communication with production managers and supervisors.
• Ensure all tasks are resources in line with fatigue management principles.
• Ensure full understanding of CMS and apply during resources allocation.
• Assist the Performance Analyst with the resources allocation analysis.
• Cover the Planning Manager during absence.
