Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks a proactive Job Scheduler to optimize repair job allocation across production lines, uphold quality and safety standards, and support workshop profitability.

You will coordinate with the Workshop controller and manager to plan schedules, update progress, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement while complying with QMS SOP and ALAC health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of workshop experience in a similar role.
• Certified Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards and time, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain discipline and a safe, clean service area by following company rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Workshop controller in daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and coordinate repair schedules with the Manager to optimize utilization.
• Update and monitor Job Scheduling & Progress Control to ensure on-time delivery and QMS compliance.
• Maintain electronic/paper records of completed service work per QMS SOP guidelines.
