Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an UAE National Job Controller in Dubai to efficiently schedule repairs, coordinate with workshop teams, and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols. The role focuses on timely delivery, maintaining records, and supporting workshop profitability through disciplined operations.

The candidate should have a degree or diploma, 3–5 years of workshop experience, and Arabic fluency with strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a reputed workshop in a similar role.
• Certified Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
• Fluency in spoken Arabic and proficiency in computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards and time.
• Maintain discipline in the service establishment and ensure a safe, clean area.
• Coordinate with the Workshop controller in daily activities for smooth operations.
• Plan and coordinate repair schedules with the Manager.
• Update and monitor Job Scheduling & Progress Control to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stay updated with new technology, procedures, and time standards to improve productivity and quality.
• Maintain electronic/paper records of completed service work per QMS SOP.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor to support workshop activities.
• Contribute to team efforts and participate in improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with ALAC QMS and health/safety standards.
