Job summary

Role focuses on allocating repair jobs, monitoring progress, and supporting on-time vehicle delivery while upholding quality, productivity, safety, and SOP standards across service activities. 3–5 years of automotive workshop scheduling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a reputable automotive workshop in a scheduling, workshop control, body and paint, or service operations position.
• Familiarity with repair scheduling, job allocation, and production control.
• Ability to coordinate multiple repair jobs while maintaining accurate completion and progress information.

Responsibilities

• Allocate repair jobs to appropriate production lines and workshop resources according to workload and timelines.
• Execute scheduling activities in accordance with work standards and procedures.
• Coordinate daily workshop activities with the Workshop Controller to maintain efficient flow.
• Plan repair schedules and balance capacity against service requirements.
• Update scheduling and progress information to maintain visibility of workshop status.
• Track ongoing repair jobs and highlight delays or bottlenecks affecting completion times.
• Support on-time vehicle delivery by ensuring schedules progress per SOPs.
• Maintain records covering completed work and scheduling activities.
