Job summary

Bin Omeir Motors Company is looking for a Warranty Admin to manage warranty claims, technical campaigns, product quality reports, and coordination with the workshop, spare parts team, customers, and manufacturers.

The role requires 1–3 years in admin/operations within automotive or related fields; strong MS Excel and reporting skills; ERP/DMS knowledge is an advantage; warranty experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, logistics, automotive dealership, or related fields.
• Warranty experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong MS Excel, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems; ERP/DMS knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims and ensure timely approvals.
• Verify job cards, technician reports, photos, and supporting documents.
• Follow up on rejected and pending warranty claims.
• Coordinate technical campaigns and recalls.
• Identify affected vehicles and monitor campaign completion.
• Prepare Product Quality Reports (PQRs) for recurring technical issues.
• Coordinate with workshop, service advisors, technicians, and spare parts teams.
• Monitor warranty parts availability and backorders.
• Prepare weekly/monthly warranty reports and KPI updates.
• Track claim approval rates, recovery amounts, pending claims, and campaign progress.
