Key Responsibilities

• Track claim quality, processing timelines and unresolved cases.
• Conduct compliance audits and coaching visits across the dealer network.
• Develop corrective action plans for locations with performance gaps.
• Support Safety Recall Campaigns and Special Service Campaigns.
• Monitor Customer Satisfaction Campaign implementation.
• Coordinate the recovery and return of requested warranty parts.
• Maintain communication with manufacturers regarding returned components.
• Update performance dashboards and prepare regular KPI reports.
• Work with technical and aftersales teams to resolve quality concerns.

Ideal Profile

Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering. At least five years of automotive industry experience is required, including three to five years in warranty administration or a closely related position.
