Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 5+ years in automotive industry with 3–5 years in warranty administration.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and manufacturer policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate warranty repairs submitted by Toyota and Lexus service centres.
• Authorise eligible claims per manufacturer policies.
• Check submissions for technical accuracy and complete documentation.
• Improve warranty recoveries while reducing avoidable rejections.
• Track claim quality, timelines and unresolved cases.
• Conduct audits and coaching across the dealer network.
• Support safety recall campaigns and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Prepare KPI reports and update performance dashboards.
