Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Warranty Administrator to adjudicate and authorize warranty repairs for Toyota and Lexus. You will ensure submissions meet manufacturer requirements to maximize recoveries across the dealer network.

Responsibilities include monitoring claim quality and timelines, conducting audits, and reporting KPIs. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and SAP experience are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• 3–5 years in a Warranty Administrator or related role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive warranty policies; SAP experience helpful.

Review adjudicate and authorize warranty repairs and warranty claims submitted by Toyota and Lexus service centersEnsure warranty submissions meet manufacturer requirements to maximize recoveries and minimize claim rejectionsMonitor warranty claim quality accuracy and processing timelinesConduct warranty audits and coaching visits across the dealer network to ensure compliance with established policies and proceduresDevelop and monitor action plans to address areas of non-compliance and improve overall warranty performanceSupport the launch and monitoring of Safety Recall Campaigns Special Service Campaigns and Customer Satisfaction CampaignsCoordinate parts recovery activities and maintain communication with manufacturers regarding returned partsMaintain warranty performance dashboards and provide regular KPI reportingCollaborate with technical teams and aftersales stakeholders to identify quality concerns and process improvement opportunities
