Job summary

CHANGAN Automobile seeks a Warranty and Claims Specialist to develop and review market warranty policies, train local dealers’ claims personnel, and review warranty claims for accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, solid knowledge of import/export operations and after-sales processes, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will analyze claim costs and support cross-functional teams in achieving cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Demonstrated teamwork, execution, adaptability, and strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and learning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review market warranty policies.
• Conduct claim business training and certification for local dealers’ claims personnel.
• Review warranty claims submitted by local dealers.
• Settle warranty claim costs and manage related financial processes.
• Audit claims involving old parts and confirm scrapping procedures.
• Resolve claim-related issues in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Perform statistical analysis of claim cost data.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
