Job summary

Ali & Sons Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, ensure timely submissions, and maintain accurate documentation in line with principal requirements.

You will process claims, track lead times, prepare monthly reports, and support the Service Manager with related duties, while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer service across our automotive brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma/Degree in Automotive Technology.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Computer literate, organized, detail-oriented; familiar with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time.
• Maintain warranty procedures, records, and documentation.
