Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Product/Warranty Coordinator for Commercial Vehicles. You will manage product information, specifications, and OEM coordination, while handling warranty claims and cost monitoring.

You will support service contracts and prepare quality reports, analyzing recurring issues and coordinating corrective actions with Sales, Service, Parts, OEMs, and customers. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Commercial Vehicles / Heavy-Duty Trucks / After Sales / Warranty.
• Strong technical, analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and automotive warranty processes.
