Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a warranty administration role in automotive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate warranty claims with documentation.
• Act as liaison with manufacturers for coverage, approvals, and disputes.
• Maintain complete records of warranty claims, repairs, parts, and responses for audits.
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and foremen to gather repair info, labor hours, and photos.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and prepare for OEM audits.
• Explain warranty coverage and status to customers and coordinate with service to minimize downtime.
• Monitor claim trends, approval rates, and rejections; report insights to management.
• Validate parts and labor charged against warranty policies for accuracy.
