Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in the UAE is building a strong pool of talent to lead Technical and Warranty operations across our Aftersales network. The role is focused on delivering accurate diagnostics, effective warranty governance, and high standards of repair quality.

You will resolve complex technical concerns, drive Fix It Right performance, and ensure efficient warranty management while collaborating with OEMs and internal stakeholders across service operations and training teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automobile, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in automotive Aftersales.
• 3+ years in Technical, Diagnostic, Warranty, or Technical Operations leadership.
• Experience with automotive distributors, OEMs, or dealers preferred.
• UAE or GCC automotive experience preferred.
• Strong technical judgment and problem-solving.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support and case management across the Aftersales network.
• Oversee diagnostic and repair investigations and resolutions.
• Manage warranty operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor warranty KPIs and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with OEM teams on technical and warranty issues.
• Develop and lead the Technical and Warranty team.
