Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Training Warranty Manager to lead the overall Training and Warranty function within our Automotive Aftersales business. The role will develop workforce capability, strengthen warranty performance, ensure OEM compliance and drive continuous improvement across the Aftersales network.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in Automotive Aftersales with strong training and warranty management, demonstrated leadership, and solid stakeholder

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of relevant experience in Automotive Aftersales, with strong exposure to Training and Warranty management.
• Proven experience in OEM/dealer environments, preferably within a multi-brand or large automotive group.
• Strong knowledge of warranty processes, claim management, OEM standards, technical training and Aftersales operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and working with senior management and OEM principals.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• UAE/GCC automotive experience will be highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Aftersales Training Strategy covering technical, product, service, parts and management capabilities.
• Assess organisational training needs and establish annual training plans, competency frameworks and development programmes.
• Lead warranty operations and governance ensuring accurate, timely and compliant claim processing and maximum warranty recovery.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, principals and key stakeholders on warranty policies, claims, audits and technical matters.
• Analyse warranty trends, claim rejections, costs and recovery performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to improve technician capability, first-time-fix rate, customer satisfaction and overall Aftersales performance.
• Establish and monitor key Training & Warranty KPIs, dashboards and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty policies, technical procedures and internal controls.
• Lead, coach and develop the Training & Warranty team while promoting a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
