Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for an assigned showroom portfolio across the UAE. You will drive sales performance, lead and develop branch-based sales teams, and ensure the consistent application of company standards and customer service excellence.

You will implement sales strategies, monitor performance, maintain high customer engagement, and oversee documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles, sales operations, performance management, and team development.
• Commercial awareness with ability to drive targets, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Monitor performance, manage priorities and take timely corrective action.
• Understanding of sales operations, data accuracy and process compliance.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations and reporting tools.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance, review results and take corrective action.
