Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Certification and Continued Education: Vocational qualification in automotive trade or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or graduate.
• Years of Experience: 2-5 years experience in automotive trade

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss servicing/repair needs, guiding assessment and repair plans.
• Record clear work instructions for technicians to ensure quality repairs.
• Inspect upon completion to verify quality and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver vehicles courteously to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to grow the customer base.
• Keep customers updated on back-order parts and delivery times.
• Inform customers on work progress and collect charges/LOs as applicable.
• Upsell new accessories and service packages; participate in service campaigns.
• Update product knowledge through training and courses.
• Establish cordial relationships with customers and workshop staff.
• Follow up on WIP and long-pending deliveries.
