Job summary

Ali & Sons Holding LLC in the UAE is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver professional customer service, coordinate repairs with the workshop team, and drive labour and parts sales while maintaining high CSI results.

The role involves creating pre-orders and job cards, updating WIP, and communicating repair progress to customers. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, and a valid driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automotive aftersales or a similar Service Advisor role.
• Experience in customer handling, workshop coordination, job card management, and service follow-ups is preferred.
• Previous experience with MG vehicles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create pre-orders and job cards in the DMS with accurate customer details and vehicle concerns.
• Record notes, existing vehicle damage, and missing items during vehicle reception.
• Obtain customer signatures on job cards and ensure documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with the Foreman to determine work required and prepare accurate job cards.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and provide follow-up calls.
