Responsibilities

• Promote service contracts and service products to achieve financial and non-financial targets.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and delivery teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Receive, inspect and deliver vehicles per customer requirements and dealer policies.
• Explain service details to customers to justify costs and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Work Instructions and safety regulations.
• Submit timely reports for management review.
