Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Effectively manage complaints to closure, sustaining CSQ and NPS.
• Consult with customers on needs to ensure vehicle is fixed right the first time.
• Upsell and control discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with production for timely progress updates and on-time delivery.
• Explain work performed and costs at delivery to demonstrate value.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and distributor programs.
• Maintain 100% data accuracy on all documents and support audits.
