Job summary

MILELE MOTORS FZE is seeking a Training & Development Specialist/Executive to assess training needs, build targeted programs and implement learning solutions for skills enhancement within the automotive sector.

The role focuses on succession planning, competency-based learning and ensuring training effectiveness, with responsibility for LMS implementation and development of structured training paths.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and building succession plans.
• Ability to design, develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Proficient in using LMS and eLearning platforms to deliver learning solutions.
• Experience in developing training materials and applying instructional design principles.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities in a training context.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments with department heads to identify skills gaps.
• Support succession planning by designing career development frameworks and programs.
• Develop structured learning paths tailored to different roles within the organization.
• Create training content, manuals and e-learning modules using instructional design principles.
• Implement and manage LMS for training delivery and digital learning solutions.
• Organize training sessions, workshops and on-the-job coaching; coordinate with external trainers.
• Assess training effectiveness and prepare reports for compliance and audits.
• Keep training documentation up-to-date and ensure regulatory alignment in the automotive sector.
